The Ilfeld Warehouse Business Incubator is a multi-phased project that will initially house the Santa Rosa Visitor Information and Interpretive Center, Santa Rosa MainStreet, and an Office Center. Inquiries and applications for business incubator space as well as complete planning reports are available upon request. Planning for the facility includes a the preliminary plan from UNM DPAC, a Building Plan, a Business Plan, Historic Preservation Guidelines provided through New Mexico MainStreet, UNM DPAC and the New Mexico Economic Development Department. The Incubator Project is included in the City of Santa Rosa Infrastructure Improvement Plan and in economic development activities identified in the City’s Comprehensive Master Plan.
